The menu brings together delicate savouries, handcrafted sweets and freshly baked scones, with flavours inspired by both French and Eastern European influences. From rich Valrhona chocolate and espresso Opera to burnt honey Medovik, jasmine and matcha Madeleine, caviar blinis and French onion tartlets, each element has been carefully crafted to create a beautifully balanced experience.
